See anyone in the SA office and ask for Guide to Forming and Running a Club or Society booklet or download a copy below. Read it carefully, fill in the enclosed 'Request for Affiliation' and Constitution forms and hand it back in to the SA office. Similar clubs may have existed in the past, so check for residue club funds and available equipment.
